Curry Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
Romaine Hearts Lettuce 6 leaves1 Avocados, California (Haas) 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Curry powder 1/2 Lime Juice 5 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw finely chopped1 small Apple, fresh with skin finely chopped2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw thinly slicedsea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Wash and pat dry 6 romaine lettuce leaves. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocado, olive oil, curry powder and the juice squeezed rom 1/2 a lime. Add the chicken celery, apple, scallions and stir to combine. Season with sea salt and pepper. Spoon into lettuce leaves and enjoy.
