SCD Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
2 large Eggs85 grams Cheddar Cheese 3 Tbls waterPepper to tastehalf tsp butteroptional pinch of sagesalt only if the cheese is not salty
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º F. Toaster oven is fine as well.
Put all ingredients into stick blender cup and blend until smooth.
Pour into a low sided 2 cup container.
Bake 35 minutes
