Ingredients
.5 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 cups Vegetable Juice Fresh Homemade Spinach, Apple, Carrot, Celery, Cuc, Cabbage (by RUSTYKINS) 1 cup Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain
Directions
Add blueberries, banana, vegetable juice together and blend.
I then add a cup of kefir to the mixture and blend again. The mixture is thick, and some people prefer to add orange juice to thin it down. I like mine thick!
