Ingredients
2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 small Onions, raw 1 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM) 2 cup Cheese, Shredded, Kraft Sharp Cheddar 6 slice Trader Joes Colby Jack cheese 1 slice=28 oz .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp salt, table (by CDOWNEY1) 0.5 oz Chips: Macs Chicarrones fried pork skins .5 0z .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .255 tsp Oregano, ground 1 slice Keto Bread- Costco 1 slice 4 serving Great loa carb bread co. elbow macaroni 8 ounce 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
boil macaroni 8-10 minutes per instructions- drain- melt butter in pan add onions and cook until translucent- add minced garlic and cook a minute- add cream cheese and cook down until melted- add whipping cream and cook stirring constantly until well blended- add Xathan Gum to thicken- add shredded cheeses and cook thru until blended and add garlic- MIX with macaroni and put in buttered casserole dish- Make topping- top casserole with one additional cup of shredded cheddar- take the pork pinko and low carb bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and oregano and mix in food processor until crumbly- top casserole and then spray with olive oil spray- Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes till bubbly and brown- let sit about 10 minutes serves 15
