Ingredients
1 serving Mint Leaves, Fresh Peppermint (2 leaves per serving) 1 gram Egg Shell (1 gram = 1/4 teaspoon) 1 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 1 serving olive leaf extract 750 mg. 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 4 tsp Gelatine Powder 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Ginger Root 0.25 fruit without seeds Lemons 1 1tsp Fish oil, cod liver 10 gram(s) Greek-Style Yoghurt (full-fat) 100 g 0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender except yoghurt honey and egg shell and blend till smooth, strain through a coarse sieve so the drink has fine fibre and thickness but not too thick unless you like it really thick then do not strain or press the pulp to get liquid out. Drink the juice and add yoghurt, and egg shell to the pulp and eat separately - yum or just by itself if pulp left in the drink. If on supplements for calcium omit the egg shell. gelatin is optional for vegetarians. Gelatin and egg shell optional for vegans can substitute as desired.
