Brown your sausage, put aside in bowl.
Scramble your eggs in sausage drippings
Layer one half of your cheese, 2 oz sausage, and 2 oz eggs topping with other half of your cheese, on one half of the tortilla. Flip empty side of tortilla onto mixture, lightly brown on both sides.
