Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
600 gram Beef, ground chuck cooked and drained(yield from 1 lb = 600g) 2 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes 510 gram(s) Nature Blessed Mixed vegetables, frozen 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 868 gram(s) Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
Directions
Brown ground beef, with onion and celery. When meat is no longer pink and onion and celery a sightly tender, drain any fat or excess liquid. Add diced tomatoes and potatoes to pot and continue to cook. Add tomato sauce, and 3 cups of water. ( More water may be used if desired. Reduce to simmer. Stir in garlic powder, chili powder to desired taste. Additional seasonings if desired. Cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes until all vegetables are tender and flavors have melded as desired.

    I love Rotel tomatoes and use them often in things. I did use Cajun seasoning this time, but we had picky cousins oven so I went light!! Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks.
