Ginger |Halibut

Ingredients
1 fillet Halibut (fish) 0.04 cup Honey 0.04 cup Soy Sauce 0.25 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tsp Ginger Root 0.25 clove Garlic 12.78 grams Cilantro, raw .25 tsp Salt 0.5 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Combine all ingredients except halibut and oil in a mixing bowl. Wash fish and pat dry. rub salt and pepper into both sides of fish, add to marinade and refrigerate for an hour. Turn halfway through time.
Remove fish from marinade, Heat oil in pan, add fish and cook until no longer translucent, approximately 5 to 6 minutes each side. Set fish aside on plate to keep warm. Add marinade to pan and cook until it thickens, about 3 to 5 minutes. Pour over fish and garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice and a steamed vegetable.
