Mushroom Onion Soup

Ingredients
1 c celery, chopped1 c carrots, chopped1 c onion, chopped8 c water4 bouillon cubes, chicken1 c sliced mushrooms, fresh5 T french fried onions
Directions
Put water, bouillon, carrots, celery and onion in pot. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes. As you serve each bowl, drop in several pieces of mushroom and some french fried onions. Allow onion to sink, then serve.
Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
