10 serving Land O Lakes, Ultra Creamy Butter, Unsalted, 1 Tbsp 2 serving Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares 60% 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 36 gram Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (1 tsp) (by W0NDERW0MAN2) 9 tsp Splenda Naturals made with Stevia (by MRS-MCCLURE) .5 tsp Baking Powder 3 serving Egg white, large 3 tbsp Guittard Cocoa Rouge (by CDMORTON61) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9"x9" baking pan with parchment.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter and dark chocolate. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted; stir until smooth.
3. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients.
4. In another bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs until frothy. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla extract and mix to blend. Slowly add dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until smooth.
5. Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, until brownies are set but still slightly moist. Cool and cut into squares. (16 pieces)
