Mind diet cabbage soup

Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh 4 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 bulb Fennel 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Kale 1.3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.6 tsp Salt 2 tsp Garlic 0.5 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried 8 cup Vegetable Broth 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cook spices and onion until fragrant then add broth and remaining ingredients and boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.

    Very delicious, but I didn't add any salt and i used low sodium broth. I am trying to stay on a very very low salt diet. - 2/23/21
