24 cup Half and Half Cream 16 serving Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp 24 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 8 1/4 cup (dry) Bogopa Corn meal - Fine (by DREA1272) 2 cup Granulated Sugar 8 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
Place 8 cups of corn in blender until it becomes corn puree. Saute 24 cups of corn in butter and season with salt. IN a large pot bring the half and half to a boil. Add the sauteed corn to the half and half and bring to a boil. Whisk in the blended corn puree and sugar. Once this mixture boils, whisk in the corn meal. Continue to cook, stirring constantly until it thickens. Season with salt to taste.
