Chicken Tomato & Potato Bake

Ingredients
4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast or tenders - Raw diced2 med Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh1 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, 3.0 oz diced1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder1/8 tsp Pepper, white 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tbsp Sun-Maid Golden Raisins 1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella 2% Milk shredded
Directions
In a small skillet, saute onions and brown diced chicken, add garlic cook for one minute. Add garlic powder and ginger and raisins mix well cook one minute. Add parsley. Place in a small baking pan 6 x 6" sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
