1000 grams Bass (fish) 12 tbsp Canola Oil 2 large Raw Onions Paste0.5 cup Tomato Paste 2 tsp Garlic Paste1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Red Chili Powder0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground 2 cup Water, tap 1 tbsp Coriander leaf fine chopped1 tsp Black Pepper Powder1 tsp Garam Masala
1. HEAT THE OIL AND ADD GARLIC AND STIRFRY
2. NOW ADD ONION PASTE AND STIRFRY AGAIN
3. ADD TOMATO PASTE ALONG WITH SALT, RED CHILI POWDER,
TURMERIC AND SAUTE TILL OIL STARTS TO COME OUT OF THE
MIX
4.NOW ADD WATER AND BRING IT TO BOIL
5.ADD THE FISH AND LET IT SIMMER TILL COOKED
6 FINALLY ADD GARAM MASALA, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, AND
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAF.
