2-Combine all, including the cooked onions and garlic(17 oz. of lentils is about 1 cup dry cooked in 4 cups of water if you don't have ready made) in a food processor. Pulse 2-3 times quickly.
4-Scoop out with 1/4 cup as a scoop. Lightly pat them into desired shape or drop them in the pan and flatten after you turn them.
5-Add 5 Burgers at a time. The mix will not be hard like a cookie dough but rather on the wet size depending on what kind of lentils you use. Brown is firmer.
6- A yogurt sauce would pair nicely with this Patty.
