Easy Curry

Ingredients
1/2 lb of chicken finely cutadd: 2 1/2 cups waterchop and add in order2 medium carrots3 stalks celery1 green pepper1/2 medium onionadd:1 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 Tablespoon curry powderBlend together and add:1 cup tomato sauce1/3 cup milk2 Tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
Simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and the sauce is thick and glossy. Stir frequently. Serve over rice, noodles, or biscuits.
