Spinello Chicken bone broth soup w bok choy n kale

3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots (8 carrots) 1 cup, diced Celery, cooked 3 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 4 cup, chopped Kale 32 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken SaltPepperParsley
Sauté onions, cut up carrots and chopped celery for 5-6 minutes until getting soft.
Add salt and pepper. Add chopped bok chop stem and cook a few minutes. Add bok choy green tops and kale and cook until wilted. Pour bone broth over all and simmer for 5 minutes or less. Add 1 tbsp of dried parsley.
