Fish Tacos with Guacamole

Ingredients
16 oz Fish ,Tilapia ,Fillets ,KROGER(4oz/113g) 1 tsp Salt .5 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) .5 tsp coriander, ground (by GOLDENDAZ) 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified 8 fl oz Club soda 4 serving Tia Rosa Yellow Corn Tortilla, 20 oz (2 tortillas) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried .25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
Directions
Combine flour, cumin, coriander, salt, and a pinch of cayenne pepper in a bowl. Whisk in the club soda to make a batter. Cut fish in 1" strips, dredge in batter and fry in 2" of oil till golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
Salsa: Mince tomato, onion, and avocado. Combine in med. bowl, add lime juice, salt, cilantro and cayenne. mix well.
Heat tortillas, Place fish in and top with salsa and any other toppings you like.
