Cucumbers and Cream (or Creamy Cucmbers)

Ingredients
2 medium cucmbers, peeled and sliced16 oz. light or fat free sour creamabout 1 cup of vinegarSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix sour cream and vinegar in a large bowl. I usually taste it to make sure I didn't add too much vinegar. I have heard of people adding sugar too. So you may add some if you like.

Add sliced cucmbers to sour cream mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
