Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 bag frozen mixed veggies1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of potato soup1 pie crust, refrigerated
Directions
Boil chicken breast, then cut into bitesize pieces. Add chicken breast, mixed veggies, and soup to a casserole dish. Put pie crust on top. Cook in a 350* oven for 30-45 minutes.

    Yummy! I used 98% red. sodium cream of chicken soup also. This was better than I ever hoped for. It did take mine a lot longer to cook though. I had to finally turn up the heat to get the crust to brown. - 1/15/09
