Mock Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
1.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tsp Baking Powder 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2.0 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
add all dry ingredients and mix well. Melt butter, let cool, add to 4 eggs and whip well. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients, then add shredded cheese (any kind works), and mix it all really good!
Using a big spoon, drop mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet, Make 10 biscuits! Cook 450F for 12 min.....enjoy!
