8.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips150.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 large Onions, raw1.0 serving Taco Seasoning 2.0 tbsp Canola Oil1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
Slice chicken into thin straps.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of taco seasoning over chicken
Refriderate for up to 24 hours
Slice veggies into thin strips
Place in a bowl or resealable plastic bag
Add oil and mix well
Spread onto sheet pan
Sprinkle with remaining taco seasoning
Roast at 425 for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and stir
Make room on pan for chicken and add
Roast an additional 15-20 minutes
Serve with whatever carb you'd like.
