Ingredients
1.5 cup Baked Potato (baked potatoes)8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.75 cup Fat free half and half
Directions
Bake potatoes and slice. Line the bottom and sides of pie pan with potato slices. Mix remaining ingredients and season to taste. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
