1.5 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 cups Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz) 1.5 tsp Baking PowderEgg Wash 1 large Egg, beaten1.5 mL Water, tap
Preheat oven to 425.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine Baking Powder and Flour in a mixing bowl.
Add Greek Yogurt. Mix to combine until it forms a dough. Kneed 1-2 minutes to incorporate the ingredients.
Brush with egg wash and seasoning of choice.
Bake 15 minutes
