Mushroom Garbanzo Curry Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb box of fresh Mushrooms, quartered1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) (15.5 oz can)1 can Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 1 tbsp Curry powder (Penzey's Curry Now)1.33 cup, chopped Onions, (1 medium sweet onion)1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
Directions
clarify onions in avocado oil, add mushrooms and continue sautéing until reduced by half.
Sprinkle in Curry powder and stir well.
Add Garbanzos and coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
