Mushroom Garbanzo Curry Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb box of fresh Mushrooms, quartered1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) (15.5 oz can)1 can Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 1 tbsp Curry powder (Penzey's Curry Now)1.33 cup, chopped Onions, (1 medium sweet onion)1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
Directions
clarify onions in avocado oil, add mushrooms and continue saut�ing until reduced by half.
Sprinkle in Curry powder and stir well.
Add Garbanzos and coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
