Celia’s Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
2/3 cup Fair Life Fat Free Milk (lactose free)1/3 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tbsp Honey 1/2 cup dry Oatmeal, plainSprinkle of Cinnamon
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Put in a covered, closed container and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Mix in fruit as desired. Especially great with banana or berries.

Serve.

Note: I usually eat 1 cup. It’s very filling.
