3 Snow Peas, fresh 4 strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 tab Hummus, homemade, low fat 2 Cherry Tomatoes 1 small stick of celery2 sticks red capsicum 3 pieces diced cheddar1 tab sultanas2 Brown Rice Crackers1/4 small banana.5 tspn Honey .5 cup Milk, Soy, Organic, Unsweetened, SILK (1cp/8oz)
Directions
Gather prepared vegetables and arrange on a plate with the sultanas, crackers and cheese. Add the hummus on the side.
