1 oz Easter ham 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 serving Great Value large eggs 0.1 cup Cheddar Cheese fat free Kraft Shredded 1 Serving(s) Butter flavored cooking spray 0.1 cup Crystal nonfat milk
Spray skull with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add onions and stir until they start to get soft. Mix milk, eggs, and cheese in a bowl. Chop ham into small pieces and add to skillet. Cook until warm. Add egg mixture and scramble until done.
