1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Ginger, ground .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 24 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 3 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .15 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk 3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Place the oats in the food processor and process to flour like consistency. Add rest of the dry ingredients and process to mis. Add coconut oil, molasses, vanilla and almond milk and process. Chill in refrig. Scoop out and flatten onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. Remove before brown on the edges. Cool on pan 10 minutes. Then remove fro pans
