Mushroom Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cup Black beans, dry 1 cup minced Beet greens, fresh 3 medium Carrots, diced1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, diced2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 tsp Summer Savory (by LEANNE109) 6 medium Mushrooms, sliced14 cup water or broth
Directions
Cook the dried beans until tender. Drain.
Combine everything and simmer until flavors meld.
