Ingredients
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1/2 cup Almond Milk, 3 Tbs Jam 1 frozen Banana 1 cup Pineapple, diced frozen 1 cup Mangos diced and frozen
Directions
Place liquid and cottage cheese in bottom of blender, add remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
