Easy Curry Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
2 medium onions, diced2 cloves garlic, diced 1 cup Hunt's tomato sauce2 boneless skinless chicken thighs, baked1 tbsp dxtra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp curry powder0.5 cup frozen peas
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce and curry powder. Simmer until onions are soft and sauce loses sharpness, maybe five minutes. Cut up chicken thighs, add and simmer. Add peas when almost ready to serve, heat until peas are hot.

Serve over jasmine rice, or over brown rice if you want more fiber.
