Fresh Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
20 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 10 clove Garlic 8 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 16 tbsp Holland House Marsala cooking wine (by BIGNOKES1) 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Wash tomatos, cut into wedges, do NOT peel. Chop carrots some. Add water about 1.5 cups. Cook first 6 items on simmer about 1.5 hours.
Place tomato mixture in food processor and blend smooth.
Return to pan, add wine and cream, heat completely, but do not boil.
Serve steaming hot with sandwich of choice. Mines tuna..
