4.0 serving Walmart Traditional Rotisserie Chicken (1/6 chicken)2.0 serving Cheeses mozarella Kraft finely shredded (1/4 cup)28.0 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)2.0 tbsp dressing Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Light3.0 serving Great Value Hickory Smoked Bacon (1 serving = 2 slices)2.0 tsp Garlic powder2.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.25 cup Onions & Peppers, Sauteed
Preheat oven to 375°. Cook bacon to your liking. Remove skin and bones from chicken. Set one piece aside to shred later. Mince rest of chicken in food processor. Add 1/4 cup mozarella and 1/4 cup parmesan,oregano, and garlic powder to minced chicken and combine well. Line a pizza pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper and press chicken mixture into a crust. Bake til lightly browned on top. Remove from oven and add ranch dressing, shredded chicken, bacon, peppers and onions and remaining cheese. Bake til cheese melts.
