1 tsp Salt 3 tsp Baking Powder .8 oz Carrington Farms Flax Paks Organic Milled Flax Seeds 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein Packed Buttermilk Pancake Mix (1/2 cup 53g) 1.3 cup Yog-Light Greek Nonfat Yougurt (by COOTERMR) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning (Epicure) (by VWICKET) 1 grams Yellow Cornmeal
Sift dry ingrdients, add ground Flax, if desired. (If no flax, use only 1C yoghurt).
Combine with Yoghurt and kneed 3-5 mins and roll to make bagel circles.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet (slight corn meal bottom adds a crunchy crust).
Egg wash brushed in top and sprinkle with Seasoning.
Bake in pre-heated oven @ 350C for 25 Mins
Serving Size: makes 8 baked bagels
