Ingredients
0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic, minced1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup Tomato Sauce 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf (1bay leaf)0.5 tsp Salt 0.05 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) adjust to how much heat you like (I use 1/8 tsp I don’t like much heat)7 oz bag frozen shrimp
Directions
In medium skillet sautÃÆ'Æ'© onion, garlic, green pepper, and celery in butter about 5 minutes or til tender. Remove from heat, stir in tomato sauce, water, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add additional water if needed. Add thawed shrimp (cut into smaller pieces first). Bring to boil cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Serve over rice (rice info not in nutritional information). Serving Size: 2 servings
