Ingredients
2.5 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz) 1 cup Milk, 1% .33 tbsp Better than Boullion Vegetable Base (by APPIFANIE) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Better Batter Gluten Free Flour (by NIRO_DAN) .5 fruit without seeds Lemons .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
melt butter in fry pan. Slice and Brown Mushrooms in butter until mushrooms sweat. Add Gluten Free flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add vegetable stock. Stir to break up any clumps. Add milk slowly and let evaporate to desired consistency. Add lemon and any juice from desired cooked meat.
