Best Mashed Cauliflour Ever

Ingredients
6 cup fresh cauliflour (1.5 lbs)1 Tbsp Butter1 1/2 Cloves Garlic1/2 Tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese 1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1/2 tsp Salt1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
Cut up cauliflour into small pieces. Boil in salted water until tender, 6-8 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Cook garlic in the butter for 1 minute. In a food processor or a blender add cauliflour, butter with garlic, and both cheeses. Pulse and blend until mashed consistency.
