2-ingredient Bagels

Ingredients
1-1/3 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS) 1 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
Directions
1 - measure flour into bowl
2 - add yogurt and stir until starting to become a dough
3 - work remaining flour into dough with your hands
4 - if dough seems sticky, add a little more flour
5 - separate into 6 even amounts and roll into a ball
6 - press flat and poke a hole in the center
7 - bake in 350 pre-heated over for 15-20 minutes or until tops start to brown

Prior to baking - spray with a small amount of non-stick spray and add your favorite bagel seasoning (everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon and sugar, etc...). Some seasonings will increase calorie count
