Ingredients
1.25 cup Milk, 1%1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 serving MuscleTech Phase 8 1scoop1.25 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour2.25 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk egg in a small mixing bowl. Add the milk and whisk again. Add the flour, baking powder, and protein powder and stir lightly just until slightly lumpy. Pour about 1/4 cup onto each square of waffle iron. Close lid and bake until waffles are golden brown. Serving Size: Makes 8 waffles
