Sirloin and Vegetable Hash

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 medium Onions, chopped 16 oz Button Mushrooms, Fresh 4 Medium Green Bell Peppers, chopped6 Garlic cloves, minced 16 oz Raw Sweet Potato, diced1 tsp Sea Salt 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper1 tsp Ground Thyme1 tbsp Red pepper flakes3 serving Steak*eze ~ Sirloin Beef Steak, from Sam's Club
Directions
Placed sweet potatoes in water, bring to a boil, keep at low boil for 10 minutes, drain.
Place olive oil, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, frozen steak in pan and saute for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, thyme, red pepper flakes, and sweet potatoes. Saute for 5 minutes. Serve.
