90 Second Gluten Free Microwave Bread

Ingredients
3 tbsp almond flour1 egg white½ tsp baking powder1½ tbsp butter
Directions
Microwave butter for 10 seconds or until melted.
Put egg white in a wide microwave-safe mug and mix until frothy.
Add almond flour and baking powder and melted butter to the mug and mix until combined.
Put the mug in a microwave and microwave on High for 90 seconds.
Remove the keto bread from the microwave and turn mug upside down on wire cooling rack until bread releases from mug and falls onto the rack. Let cool until you can handle and slice in half (like English muffin).
Put the 2 slices into a toaster and toast it.
