Baked Turkey Egg Roll

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 16 oz Dole Classic Coleslaw 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce 1.5 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp Ginger, ground 4 tsp Garlic 1 small Onion 1 tbsp Sweet Cooking Rice Wine 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 10 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)
Directions
Cook ground Turkey and then drain excess liquid
Add in onion and all spices
Simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in Coleslaw salad mix.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes

Working one at a time, place an egg roll wrapper diagonally on a flat surface. Spoon 1/2 cup filling into the center of the wrap.
Fold the bottom corner halfway up to cover the filling.
Fold in both sides so the edges meet in the middle of the egg roll.
Moisten the remaining edges with water, roll them up to seal.
Repeat with the remaining egg roll wrappers.
Place each egg roll seam side down on the baking sheet.
Spritz the top with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes, turn after 8 minutes.
