Ingredients
500 grams Ground beef 800 gram Homebrand Diced Tomatoes in tomato juice 400g tin (by OHHEYBONNIEK) 45 grams Tomato Paste 0.5 tsp Dried Chilli flakes (by CHEEKYCHOOK) 2 tbsp Chipotle peppers in adobe sauce (by MASRITE) 4 serving Lindt Dark 80% Cocoa Chocolate Bar (per square) (by PRAIRIEDAWNPAM) 6 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 3 tbsp ground coriander (by CRUZIN2LOSE) 2 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 1200 gram(s) Beans, red kidney, tinned, Tesco value (UK) (by KIPPER_KID) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Directions
Chop and cook the onion in 1tbs olive oil
Then add the beef till brown
Add the tomato paste and cook for a minute
Add the herbs and spices and cook for further minute
Add the tinned tomatoes, red kidney beans, chocolate and chipotle in adobe sauce together with a cup and a half of water.
Simmer for an hour until thickens and serve with the rice

Serving Size: 2 serving spoons of chilli with 1 cup of white long grain rice
