20 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 8 serving Yukon Gold Potato ( 1 medium sized potato) (by RACHA29) 16 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) 5 oz Cheese - Happy Farms Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese (1 oz per serving)
Spray bottom of 9X13 casserole dish with olive oil. place chicken breast, cut into chunks, on bottom. Place cubed potatoes and carrots; then top with soups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add sliced cheese and cook additional 15 minutes or until vegetables reach desired doneness.
