Healthy Blueberry Muffins

1 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 cup Oat Bran (found in the cake mix area)1/2 cup Wheat Germ2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 cup Apple Sauce (I used unsweetend) 1/4 cup Orange Juice2 cups frozen blueberries (thawed) 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 eggs - Whites Only3/4 cup Maple Syrup ( I used real maple syrub, your choice here
Preheat Oven 400*
Mix all Dry Ingredients
Gently stir blueberries into dry ingredients
In a seperate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients
Gently combine both bowls, but dont overmix
Spoon into 20 greased muffin tins
Bake for 20-25mins or until golden brown.
Note: although it says 20 servings, I got 24 from the batch.
