Ingredients
6 cloves Garlic minced1 cup Onions, raw, chopped 1 15 0Z CANS black Beans2 15 0Z CANS, Pinto beans, 28 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey2 15 0Z CANS Dark Red Kidney Beans 3 15 0Z CANS Stewed Tomatoes, Canned2 cans chicken stock or ablut 3 cups waterchili seasoning packet or 4 tbsp chili powder2 tbsp cumin1.5 tbsp paprika1 tbsp cayanne (if desired)saltblack pepper
Directions
brown ground turkey and season w/salt and pepper to taste. In slow cooker or stock pot, combine chicken stock, chopped onion, garlic, and tomatos. Open and rinse all the cans of beans in a strainer. Shake out excess water and add to pot. Add the chili seasononing and cook on low for at least 2 hours, but the longer the better. Serve with chopped cilantro and fat free sour cream garnish.
