Ingredients
24 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 0.5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 0.5 cup Heinz Home Style Gravy "Savory Beef" 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Catsup 1 dash Pepper, black 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Beat eggs, mix all ingredients well. Form into 5 patties. Brown on both sides in a medium heat skillet, then cover with gravy if you wish and put in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
