Flat Bread

Ingredients
2.5 cup Flour - all purpose flour 1 cup 2% Milk 3 Tbsp Parkay, Original Spread Margarine .25 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix flour and salt

Melt butter in milk

Add wet ingredients to dry. Kneading for 5 mins until dough is soft and smooth. Let rest for 20 mins, covered.

Break into 6-8 pieces, rolling as thin as you can.

Cook on preheated cast iron frying pan (medium heat, with or without oil) for a couple mins on each side. It will puff up a bit.
