Green Beans with feta cheese and walnuts

Ingredients
1 cup Green Beans1/4 cup walnuts pieces and halves2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oilsqeeze of lemon juicesalt to taste
Directions
Quickly blanch the green beans by throwing them into a pot of boiling water and counting to a slow 30. Then transfer them to an ice bath. Drain well and dry. On a serving plate, layer the beans, walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese. Dress with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add salt to taste.
